BAMA has actively participated in the Elche Employment Forum.
An employment forum is a meeting point between companies seeking talent and people looking for a job opportunity, a change of employment, and guidance to improve their professional career.
Diego Vital (Head of the Elche Branch) and Alejandro Canut (BAMA SISTEMAS Maintenance Manager at Tempe Inditex) attended the employment forum to attract talent. At BAMA, we are always open to attracting talent and then presenting it at our clients’ facilities, taking advantage of the opportunity offered by the Labora en ruta initiative.
This initiative helps increase the visibility of our job openings, as well as enabling better pre-screening of candidates before they are interviewed.
